VALAISANNE Grape Ale
The VALAISANNE Grape Ale is a light and surprisingly effervescent beer. This sweet and fruity treat comes without a malty flavour thanks to combined fermentation with grape juice and yeast from the famous Valais winemaker Andy Varonier. Light dry hopping with New Zealand’s Nelson Sauvin and the Hallertau Blanc, a German aroma hop, adds additional notes of tropical and green fruits such as pineapple, mango and gooseberry, perfectly complemented by the wine yeast.
