Anne’s passion is evident from the moment you meet her. She puts her heart, soul and energy into her greatest passion: apricots. Working with her father, she is the third generation to produce Valais apricots in the Martigny region. Anne applies the same meticulous care to the apricots’ production cycle as we do to our beer. We’ve worked in close collaboration with Anne to produce a beer suffused with the fresh air and sunshine of Valais: VALAISANNE Apricot Sour Beer.
