Our VALAISANNE Winter Edition is a beer specialty with a warm mahogany color, offered in a 4-pack during the festive Christmas and winter season. When freshly poured into the glass, it reveals a compact white foam crown reminiscent of the magnificent snow-covered Valais mountains. The subtly malty aroma is delicately paired with notes of stone fruit. The finish is characterized by a fine, gentle bitterness that fades into a noble, sensual sweetness.
